AlphaTrade is a trading terminal that installs on your machine and keeps authority where it belongs: with you. Wallet keys are generated and encrypted locally, orders are composed on-device, and execution is routed through CoW Protocol’s MEV-protected auction mechanism. There is no hosted wallet, no deposit onto a venue balance sheet, and no server that can move funds on your behalf.
Alongside the terminal, an optional server-side assistant named 41pH4|7R4D3 answers market-data questions in plain sentences. The desk receives only the question text — never your wallet, your holdings, or your identity — and answers strictly from public market data. It is a research counterweight to the terminal, not a custodian and not a broker.

Keys stay local
The keystore is encrypted with scrypt on your own disk. The seed phrase is shown a limited number of times during setup, then it is gone forever.
Nothing private in logs
Redaction filters strip identifiers, balances, and addresses before anything reaches a logfile. Uploading diagnostics requires explicit opt-in.

Haven Trading never takes custody of your funds, so we never hold the shield that comes with them. Self-custody cuts both ways: our automations are dependable machinery, not guarantees, and extreme markets can fail them.

Questions, answered
Are my keys stored on your servers?
Never. Keys are generated on your device and encrypted locally with scrypt. Haven Trading never receives, stores, or transmits your private keys or your recovery phrase.
Which chains are supported?
Networks supported by CoW Protocol, beginning with Ethereum mainnet. Additional CoW-supported networks will follow as they mature.
Do stop-loss or take-profit orders come with guarantees?
None. Extreme markets can gap past your levels, and execution is never assured. Automations are dependable machinery rather than promises, and you remain responsible for every position.
Can I add any token?
You can request any token by contract address. Requests pass automated security screening and then require your explicit confirmation, including an acknowledgment that screening does not guarantee safety.
What leaves my machine?
Authentication with the service, signed order intents submitted to CoW Protocol, anonymous update checks, and assistant questions stripped of identity. Nothing else.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are managed through Clerk billing inside the application. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
